- Verantwortung für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Aktivierungsstrategie in allen relevanten DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) Kanälen (Highstreet Stores/ Onlineshop / Factory Outlets)
- Umsetzung und Erstellung von Kundenaktivierungsmaßnahmen im Rahmen des übergeordneten Marketing- und Kampagnenplans für die DTC-Kanäle
- Erstellung und Steuerung des jährlichen Marketingkalenders und der Aktivierungspläne in Zusammenarbeit mit den verantwortlichen Kollegen in den DTC-Kanälen
- Entwickelung von kreativen Vermarktungsideen mit internen Teams und mit Agenturen und/oder Freelancern
- Steigerung der Kundenloyalität und Gewinnung neuer Endverbraucher durch den optimalen Mix von "below the line" Aktivierungsmaßnahmen
- Sicherstellen der Marketing-Effizienz durch Steuern, Überwachen und Messen der Aktivierungsmaßnahmen und optimieren von neuen Kampagnen anhand der gewonnenen Erkenntnisse
- Erarbeiten von Marketing-Toolboxen für Ad-hoc Maßnahmen sowie Verkaufsunterlagen für Neueinführungen
- Entwicklung und Steuerung von Premium (WMF) und Core (Tefal, Krups, Rowenta, Emsa) Aktivierungen am POS, sowie Unterstützung bei der Eröffnung neuer Storeformate
- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Marketing oder Handel, oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie der Erstellung von Analysen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der relevanten Märkte, des Vertriebs und der Produkte
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
