    Deine Aufgaben

  • Du identifizierst die Anforderungen unserer externen und internen Kunden an unserer IT gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen und erkennst die Chancen der Digitalisierung.
  • Du optimierst unsere bankinternen Prozesse.
  • In deinem Team begleitest alle Schritte von der Entwicklung bis zur Implementierung, über das Testen bis zum Rollout der Applikationen und Systeme an die Kunden und sorgst für eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Service-Dienstleistern.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unterschiedlichen internen und externen Stakeholdern zusammen.
  • Du hilfst deinem Team dabei sich optimal auf den agilen Scrum Sprint vorzubereiten in dem du Anforderungen tiefgehend analysierst und Lösungskonzepte pragmatisch ausprobierst.
  • Du übernimmst mit deinem Team die Ownership für eure Produkte und sorgst im gesamten Product-Lifecycle für Transparenz gegenüber den Kunden und deinem Team.

    • Dein Profil

  • Du hast Dein Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem ähnlichen Fach überdurchschnittlich abgeschlossen.
  • Du verfügst über mindestens zwei Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung als IT Business Analyst und hast auch im Bankenumfeld Erfahrungen gesammelt.
  • Du hast ein überdurchschnittliches Abstraktionsvermögen und organisierst Dich systematisch und selbstständig.
  • Du hast Spaß daran deine Analysen mit Daten zu validieren und bereits hands on Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit BI Tools (Looker) gesammelt.
  • Du hast praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich SEPA- oder Target2 Zahlungsverkehr.
  • Du hast praktische Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit ISO 20022 Nachrichtentypen.
  • Du hast Kenntnis über die Abläufe des Bundesbank Clearing sowie die Abläufe in den SEPA, Target2 und SWIFT Netzwerken.
  • Du hast solide Erfahrungen in klassischen und agilen Arbeitsmethoden.
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Du verfügst über ausgeprägten Teamgeist.
