    Senior Business Developer - Konsumentenkredite (w/m/d)

    Deine Aufgaben

    • Kontinuierlich setzt Du unsere Produktstrategie um, bringst Prozesse & Absatzkanäle in Einklang und kümmerst Dich um interne und externe Gesetze bzw. Regularien.
    • Anforderungen werden bei Dir zu User Stories: Mit Deinem Know-how übernimmst Du Verantwortung im Prozessdesign, in IT-Changeprojekten, im Incident Management, Testing und in der Asset Governance.
    • Zur Erreichung unserer strategischen Ziele unterstützt und berätst Du uns fachlich bei der Anforderungserhebung und -definition.
    • Souverän steuerst Du Produktrisiken/ -anforderungen unserer Stakeholder und sicherst darüber hinaus die Einhaltung der (risiko-)relevanten Vorgaben und Regelungen (inkl. Non-Financial Risk).
    • Eigenständig validierst und optimierst Du Verfahren, Prozesse, Richtlinien sowie Systeme, setzt Standards und designst Lösungsansätze, einschließlich des Scopings (MVP).

    Dein Profil

    • Ausbildung oder Studium im Bankenumfeld oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
    • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Geschäftsfeld Kredite und idealerweise Praxiserfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit IT
    • Ausgeprägte Projektmanagement-Kenntnisse und Praxis in Projektarbeit
    • Know-how in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von fachlichen Anforderungen
    • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in IT-Systemen wie Snow und/oder Azure
    • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten & zahlen- und faktenaffin
    • Eigeninitiative und Teamspirit
    • Gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
