Die Erfolgsbilanz umfasst mehr als 600 erfolgreich installierte Projekte mit einer Gesamtkapazität von mehr als 10 Gigawatt. Mit der Wasserelektrolyse-Technologie zur Erzeugung von grünem Wasserstoff schafft thyssenkrupp nucera innovative Lösungen im industriellen Maßstab für grüne Wertschöpfungsketten und eine dekarbonisierte Industrie - ein großer Schritt in Richtung Klimaneutralität. thyssenkrupp nucera hat im Juli erfolgreich einen Börsengang durchgeführt und ist seit September Mitglied im SDAX der Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse.

    Aufgaben
    • Sie übernehmen innerhalb der Abteilung Controlling, Accounting & Risk (CAR) der thyssenkrupp nucera group die Expertenfunktion Accounting Excellence und wirken an strategischen gruppenweiten Accounting-Projekten mit.
    • Sie begleiten die Bilanzierung nach IFRS des thyssenkrupp nucera Konzerns unter Einhaltung der relevanten Accounting Standards.
    • Im Einzelnen zählen zu Ihren Aufgaben die Bearbeitung von komplexen Accounting Fragestellungen insbesondere in Hinblick auf Umsatzrealisierung, Finanzinstrumente, Pensionen, aktienbasierte Vergütung und Immaterielle Vermögenswerte.
    • Des Weiteren sind Sie auch für die Weiterentwicklung von internen Prozessen, deren Definition, Einhaltung sowie Schulungen der globalen Accounting Teams zuständig.
    • Sie sind Ansprechpartner für Finanzbehörden, Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerprüfer und -berater, Tochtergesellschaften und andere Fachabteilungen der thyssenkrupp nucera für Accounting Fragen. Sie kooperieren eng mit den relevanten Konzernabteilungen von thyssenkrupp.

      Profil
      • Sie verfügen über langjährige Berufserfahrung (mindestens 5 Jahre) im Accounting eines internationalen börsennotierten Unternehmens oder einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt Projektgeschäft im Maschinen- oder Anlagenbau.
      • Sie arbeiten aktiv mit allen Funktionen im Finanzbereich zusammen und haben notwendige (Teil-)Prozesse rund um die Erstellung von IFRS-Abschlüssen und Quartals- und Geschäftsberichten börsennotierter Kapitalgesellschaften eng begleitet.
      • Sie haben Erfahrungen in der Weiterentwicklung interner Prozesse und Kontrollen sowie dem Management entsprechender Projekte
      • Neben einer hohen Eigeninitiative und Einsatzbereitschaft zeichnen Sie sich durch eine analytische und sorgfältige Denk-und Arbeitsweise aus und arbeiten lösungsorientiert.
      • Zu Ihren Eigenschaften gehören überzeugende Kommunikation und verbindliches Auftreten.
      • Sie arbeiten gewissenhaft und dokumentieren nachvollziehbar Ihre Ergebnisse.
      • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und vorzugsweise eine weitere Fremdsprache runden Ihr Profil ab und zeigen ihr Interesse an internationaler Zusammenarbeit.
