    In unseren NIKE-Stores verwenden wir spezielle Berufsbezeichnungen für unsere Positionen: Ein Store Manager heißt "Head Coach", ein Assistant Store Manager heißt "Assistant Head Coach", ein Abteilungsleiter heißt "Coach", ein Teamleiter heißt "Lead" und ein Sales Associates heißt "Athlete".

    Werde Teil des NIKE, Inc. Teams

    Was du als Assistant Head Coach machen wirst:

  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Head Coach zusammen, um ein einzigartiges Einkaufserlebnis zu schaffen und unseren Kunden einen hervorragenden Service zu bieten
  • Du koordinierst, unterstützt und betreust ein vielfältiges Team und sorgst für ein hervorragendes Arbeitsklima (z.B. Rekrutierung, Entwicklung, Leistungsmanagement, Personaleinsatz)
  • Implementierung von exzellenten operativen Prozessen und Instrumenten zur Erreichung der Verkaufsziele, zur Optimierung der Dienstleistungen und zur Verbesserung der Kundenzufriedenheit sowie zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Produktivität
  • Beaufsichtigung verschiedener Abteilungen wie Commercial, Athlete und/oder Consumer Experience
  • Unterstützung des Head Coaches bei der Umsetzung der NIKE-Strategie in eurem Store (z. B. Nachhaltigkeit, Mitgliedschaft, digitale Services)
  • Erstellung von Berichten über die Aktivitäten der Filiale, den lokalen Markt und Erkenntnisse über die Verbraucher
  • Sicherstellen, dass die Filiale alle NIKE-Standards und -Richtlinien einhält
  • Zusammenarbeit mit deinen Geschäftspartnern in den Filialen und im HQ

  • Eine Leidenschaft für NIKE und/oder die Liebe zum Sport
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Einzelhandel und/oder in Führungspositionen
  • Sehr gute Beherrschung der englischen Sprache (in Wort und Schrift)
  • Sehr gute Beherrschung der deutschen Sprache (in Wort und Schrift)
  • Erfahrung und Kompetenz im Bereich außergewöhnlicher Kundenservices
  • Fähigkeit, ein starkes Team zu coachen und zu entwickeln
  • Starker Fokus auf Kommunikation
  • Flexibilität im Schichtdienst und an Wochenenden
