    Job Responsibilities: 1. Be fully responsible for the construction and management of the European regional IT team, and coordinate the regional process architecture, data architecture and IT information system construction;

    • Integrate the digital resources of the headquarters platform, comprehensively promote the construction and operation of business application systems, smart manufacturing, smart offices, etc., and efficiently support the stable operation of regional businesses;
    • Responsible for the construction and operation of the IT infrastructure of the European regional production base and offices, including integrated cabling, data centers, networks, terminals, security, etc.;
    • Establish a close cooperative relationship with regional managers and business teams, actively empower, effectively identify and track business needs, do a good job in closed-loop management, and continue to improve user digital experience;
    • Follow the company's unified digital planning and principles, and actively implement headquarters management strategies and construction standards;
    • Implement other tasks arranged by the organization.

    Job Requirements:

    • Have more than 3 years of overseas regional IT overall management experience;
    • Have comprehensive experience in IT system planning, construction, and implementation, including business application systems (ERP/CRM/SRM/MOM/WMS/TMS etc.), infrastructure, information security, etc.;
    • Proven ability to communicate and collaborate efficiently with regional management teams and business departments, business-oriented, goal-oriented, and value-oriented;
    • Experience in participating in enterprise digital transformation, familiar with enterprise architecture theory and practice, and experience in successfully implementing complex digital projects in large enterprises (prefer manufacturing);
    • Bachelor degree or above, computer or management related major;
    • Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
    • Promote multi-cultural integration and have strong ability to self-motivate and inspire others.
