    Senior Manager (m/w/d) für den Themenbereich Klima- und Lärmschutzrelevante Governance und Steuerungsinstrumente im Luftverkehr Wir arbeiten an der Zukunft des Landes Hessen und SUCHEN SIE und IHR TALENT

    Unsere Aufgabe ist es, den Wirtschafts- und Technologiestandort Hessen nachhaltig weiterzuentwickeln. Das Kompetenzzentrum "Klima- und Lärmschutz im Luftverkehr" ist, als Teil der HTAI, ist die zentrale Stelle für Fragen zur Nachhaltigkeit im Luftverkehr. Die Luftverkehrswirtschaft am Standort Frankfurt mit dem Flughafen und vielen internationalen Akteuren hat eine besondere Rolle in Hessen. Gleichzeitig ist die Transformation zu einem klimafreundlichen Luftverkehr eine große Herausforderung. In diesem Kontext suchen wir Sie für das Kompetenzzentrum ab sofort in Vollzeit befristet bis Ende Oktober 2025 als

    "Klima - und Lärmschutz-relevante Governance und Steuerungsinstrumente im Luftverkehr"
    Fachliche und koordinative Verantwortung für den Bereich Analyse und Bewertung relevanter regulatorischer Instrumente und Gesetzgebungen im Luftverkehr (ICAO, EU, Bundes- und Landesregelungen)
    Eigenverantwortliche Beratung des Landes zur Funktionsweise und Auswirkungen von regulatorischen Maßnahmen auf die nachhaltige Entwicklung des Luftverkehrs in Hessen
    Mitwirkung bei der Definition nachhaltiger Branchenziele und der Gestaltung zielgerichteter Steuerungsinstrumente
    Mitarbeit bei der Betreuung und Organisation von Gremien und übergreifenden Projektgruppen und Leitung von individuellen Projekten
    Fachspezifisches Hochschulstudium (Politikwissenschaft, Volkswirtschaftslehre, Rechtswissenschaft, internationales Management, interdisziplinäre Studiengänge etc.)
    Gute Kenntnisse des relevanten Rechtsrahmens (z.B. Luftverkehrsrecht, Klimaschutzrecht, EU-Recht, Wettbewerbsrecht etc.) und fundierte betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse, Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
    Berufserfahrung in den Sektoren Luftverkehr, Energie oder im Umwelt- und Nachhaltigkeitsbereich (Wissenschaft, NGO, Behörden, Verbände), idealerweise im rechtlichen und regulatorischen Kontext
    Interesse an der Lösung gesellschaftlicher Zukunftsfragen und an Strategien, wie ökologische, soziale und ökonomische Ziele effektiv verknüpft werden können und Bereitschaft, sich in neue Themengebiete einzuarbeiten
    Präzises, selbständiges Arbeiten, Team- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Kommunikationsstärke.
    Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen wünschenswert
    Dienstreisebereitschaft und interkulturelle Kompetenz, sicheres Auftreten
