    Als Produkttrainer (m/w/d) Sales Training & Documentation bei STILL wirst du Teil eines unschlagbaren Teams. Du verantwortest die Konzeption, Organisation und Durchführung technischer und verhaltensorientierter Schulungen an STILL- sowie Wettbewerbsprodukten sowie die Wissensbereitstellung für verschiedene Bereiche.

    In deiner Rolle gibst du nicht nur Trainings, sondern moderierst, erstellst Content, bist Schauspieler:in und Regisseur:in.     • Tasks and Qualifications:

    Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du bist für die Erstellung, Koordination & Durchführung unserer Präsenz- als auch Onlineschulungen verantwortlich
  • Du konzipierst und erstellst sowohl vertriebsunterstützende Unterlagen (Checklisten, Trainingsvideos, Präsentationen) als auch E-Learnings
  • Darüber hinaus erstellst du Produkt- und Wettbewerbs-Argumentationen für unsere STILL-Produkte
  • Du agierst als Fachberater:in für die Vertriebsaußenorganisation und unterstützt diese bei der Erstellung von Kalkulationen, fachlichen Fragen und der Durchführung von Produktdemos
  • Ebenso erstellst und hältst du Fachvorträge im Rahmen von Messen, Kongressen und anderen Veranstaltungen

    • Deine Stärken:

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und einschlägige Berufserfahrung oder ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (z.B. der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Automation, Elektrotechnik)
  • Deinen fachlichen Hintergrund können wir uns vielseitig vorstellen, du kommst aus dem Bereich Vertrieb, aus einer didaktischen Tätigkeit oder hast eine technische Tätigkeit ausgeführt? Wir freuen uns darauf mehr davon zu hören, wie du deine Erfahrungen in diese Rolle einbringen kannst
  • Idealerweise konntest du bereits Erfahrung in Schulungen von erklärungsbedürftigen Produkten in einem technischen Umfeld sammeln, kannst Sachverhalte strukturiert und verständlich aufbereiten und vermitteln und verfügst über ein sehr gutes technisches Know-How
  • Von deinen hervorragenden Präsentationsfähigkeiten, ersten Kenntnissen in Methodik und Didaktik und einem hohen Maß an Organisationsfähigkeit kannst du uns im Gespräch überzeugen
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig sowie ergebnisorientiert
  • Eine ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, der versierte Umgang mit MS Office Anwendungen und sehr gute Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift setzen wir voraus
