- Rechtliche Beratung bei allen operativen Aufgaben der Holding und unserer Tochterunternehmen im In- und Ausland
- In einer Abteilung mit vielen Schnittstellen im Haus suchen wir einen Business Partner für alle Global Functions wie z. B. Global Marketing, Global IT, Global HR, Global Procurement mit hands-on Mentalität
- Eigenständige Gestaltung von Richtlinien und Prozessoptimierung
- Optimierung des Vertragsmanagements sowie Prüfung von diversen rechtlichen Verträgen aus allen Global Functions Bereichen
- Support im Bereich Legal Education
- Erstellen von Musterdokumenten, wie z. B. Verträgen, Arbeitshilfen, Checklisten, Workflows
- Bei Interesse auch Unterstützung im Legal Tech Bereich, bspw. durch Auswahl und Implementierung konkreter Techniklösungen bzw. der Optimierung von digitalen Abläufen in der Rechtsabteilung
- Bei Interesse auch Betreuung von Intellectual Property-Themen, einschließlich des Schutz, Durchsetzung, Verteidigung und Verwaltung unserer IP-Rechte sowie einschließlich des Bereichs Lizenzen
- abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaft mit ausgeprägtem Interesse im Bereich Corporate Governance, Compliance, Data Protection, Vertriebsrecht sowie optional im Gewerblichen Rechtsschutz und/oder im Legal Tech Bereich
- Bei Interesse an Legal Tech Themen ist eine IT-Affinität wünschenswert
- Global Mindset, Game Changer Mentalität und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
