- Linking analytically derived pollution patterns with toxicity profiles and identifying risk drivers using EDA approaches
- Leading a joint European research activity with different European partners on investigating major sources of pollution of European surface waters
- Contribution to a DFG project on textiles/laundry as a contributor to water pollution and practical supervision of PhD and master projects in the field

The job
The Department of Exposure Science is looking for a postdoctoral researcher (f/m/x) with a strong background in environmental/analytical chemistry and interest in the analysis of complex patterns of sources of water pollution with mixtures of organic micropollutants using state-of-the-art LC- and GC-HRMS techniques and in the identification of risk drivers using high-throughput effect-directed analysis (EDA). The position is part of a greater European collaboration in the European network on emerging pollutants (NORMAN).
