- Beratung der Fachbereiche der Lidl Stiftung sowie der Kommunikationsverantwortlichen Länder im Hinblick auf Ausrichtung, Inhalte und Formate der internen Kommunikation
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Kommunikationswissenschaft, Germanistik oder ein vergleichbares Studium oder vergleichbare Tätigkeiten mit journalistischem Schwerpunkt beziehungsweise journalistische Ausbildungen
- Relevante Berufserfahrung in der Unternehmenskommunikation großer Unternehmen oder Institutionen bzw. im Bereich Internal Relations, interne Kommunikation, Mitarbeiterkommunikation
- Hohe Kommunikationskompetenz sowie starke methodische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Hohe Eigenmotivation in Verbindung mit hoher sozialer und interkultureller Kompetenz und Teamfähigkeit
