Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie

Sie übernehmen auf Augenhöhe die Führung eines fünfköpfigen Teams
In Ihrer Funktion arbeiten Sie operativ am im Marketing zu erledigenden Tagesgeschäft mit und koordinieren bzw. überwachen die termingerechte Erledigung der laufenden Projekte
Mit Ihrem Fachwissen setzen Sie neue kreative Impulse und begeistern das Team mit Ideen zu neuen Projekten oder Kampagnen
Sie arbeiten an Projekten und sind direkt in das Veranstaltungsmanagement eingebunden
Die CD-konforme, kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Unternehmenskommunikation behalten Sie stets im Blick
Fragestellungen des Teams beantworten Sie direkt oder stimmen sie mit dem Leiter strategisches Marketing ab, an den Sie auch berichten
Gemeinsam mit ihm und dem Marketing-Team erarbeiten Sie auch die Ziel- und Budgetplanung für den Bereich
Sie sind die Schnittstelle zwischen operativem und strategischem Marketing

Was wir uns von Ihnen wünschen

Sie verfügen idealerweise über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Marketingkommunikation und haben bereits Berufserfahrung zum Beispiel in einer Werbeagentur bzw. deren Umfeld sammeln können
Sie verfügen bereits über Führungserfahrung oder sind bereit, den nächsten Schritt zu gehen und die Führung eines fünfköpfigen Teams zu übernehmen
Sie sind ein Teamplayer mit Organisationstalent und ausgewiesener Hands on Mentalität
Sie sind versiert im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Produkten und die Adobe Creative Suite ist Ihnen nicht fremd
Ohne Vorbehalte schauen Sie in alle Richtungen über den Tellerrand und kombinieren Informationen aus verschiedenen Quellen zu neuen Ideen
