    DEINE ROLLE - DAS WARTET AUF DICH

    Die individuelle, proaktive und ganzheitliche Betreuung des Kunden ist für Unternehmen heute der Schlüssel zur Differenzierung im Markt und zum eigenen Erfolg. Als "Trusted Advisor" begleitest du namhafte, internationale Unternehmen sowie "Hidden Champions" von der Entwicklung einer Vision bis zur Implementierung digitaler Customer Experience Management Lösungen für Marketing, Sales, E-Commerce und Service.

    Als Wachstumsbeschleuniger unserer Kunden unterstützt du diese, indem du:

  • Die Umsetzungsprojekte methodisch und fachlich verantwortest
  • Den Reifegrad der Kunden mit unserem CX-Maturity-Model bestimmst und daraus Potentiale und Handlungsempfehlungen für unsere Kunden ableitest
  • Customer Journeys der Kunden optimierst
  • Innovative und zukunftsfähige fachliche Lösungskonzepte erstellst und deren technische Machbarkeit sowie kaufmännischen Nutzen vor dem Kunden belegst
  • Unsere Kunden bei der Auswahl der richtigen Methoden, des Change Management und der technischen Lösungen (bspw. durch die Begleitung von RfI/RfP Phasen) berätst

    • Wir nutzen hierfür moderne Ansätze und Lösungen und greifen auf die Erfahrung aus über 10 Jahren Projekthistorie im CRM Kontext zurück. Gemeinsam mit unseren Kreativabteilungen, Methoden- und Organisationsexperten, technischen Delivery-Einheiten und unseren Teams für laufenden praktischen Support liefern wir End-To-End Kundenprojekte. In interdisziplinären Teams aus Branchen-, Methoden-, Fach- und Technologieexperten gestalten wir so Kundenprojekte von der Vision bis zur erfolgreichen Realisierung und dauerhaften Etablierung moderner Customer Experience Management Lösungen.

    DEINE SKILLS - DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in CX Ansätzen und Prozessen in den Bereichen Sales, Service und Marketing
  • Langjährige Berufserfahrung in Bereichen Marketing Automation und/oder CRM, idealerweise in der Implementierung von Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce oder SAP
  • Erfahrung in der Anforderungsanalyse und Lösungskonzeption sowie in der Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Moderation von Workshops auch auf Managementlevel und Kreativtechniken zur Entwicklung neuer Lösungsansätze
  • Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden im Projektmanagement
  • Begeisterung für innovative Lösungen, überzeugendes Auftreten, Teamfähigkeit
  • Hohe Kunden- und Ergebnisorientierung sowie projektbedingte Reisebereitschaft
