    Sie suchen nach einer anspruchsvollen Position im Bereich Human Resources, in der Sie Ihre Leidenschaft für Performance-Management und Vergütungsgestaltung voll ausschöpfen können?

    Für eine führende Strategieberatung suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die das Team als Performance and Rewards Manager (w/m/d) verstärkt.

    Aufgaben

    • Strategische Gestaltung: Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Performance-Management-Strategien sowie Vergütungsplänen, die zu unserem Unternehmenserfolg beitragen.
    • Prozessoptimierung: Kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Anpassung unserer Performance- und Belohnungsprozesse, um sicherzustellen, dass sie den sich wandelnden Anforderungen gerecht werden.
    • Projektleitung: Leitung und Durchführung von HR-Projekten, die Performance- und Vergütungsaspekte betreffen, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den HR-Teams.
    • Teamführung: Betreuung und Entwicklung eines Teams von Mitarbeitern, um deren berufliches Wachstum und Erfolg zu fördern.

    Qualifikation

    • Studium/Ausbildung: Sie haben ein Studium mit wirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt, HR, Recht oder Psychologie abgeschlossen oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
    • Erfahrung: Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der strategischen HR-Arbeit mit Schwerpunkt auf Performance und Vergütung.
    • Führungskompetenz: Fähigkeit zur Teamleitung und -entwicklung.
    • Analytische Fähigkeiten: Starke analytische und quantitative Fähigkeiten zur Auswertung von HR-Daten, insbesondere im Umgang mit Excel.
    • Kommunikationsstärke: Exzellente Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten.
