    Deine zukünftigen Aufgaben:

  • Du sorgst mit deinem zukünftigen Team für die Bearbeitung und Überwachung aller Wechselprozesse im Messstellenwesen (WiM) und erfüllst unsere operativen Ziele
  • Du priorisierst Aufgaben für dein Team und stellst dein Team so auf, dass wir unsere ambitionierten Wachstumsziele erreichen
  • Du arbeitest eng mit internen Stakeholdern zusammen und stimmst die Entwicklung von skalierbaren Prozessen mit unseren Head of Smart Meter Operations ab
  • Du bist hauptverantwortlich für den Kontakt zu externen Marktpartnern für den Messstellenbetrieb
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung deines Teams und bist dessen erster Ansprechpartner in Personal- und Führungsfragen
  • Du identifizierst Probleme im operativen Geschäft und löst sie in Absprache mit unserem Head of Smart Meter Operations
  • Du gibst Input zur technischen Systementwicklung der WiM Prozesse

    • Dein Background:

  • Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung im Energiemarkt, insbesondere in Wechsel- und Marktprozessen im Messstellenbetrieb
  • Du kannst dich für komplexe Prozesse begeistern und behältst die Übersicht bei einer Vielzahl von Stakeholdern
  • Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in operativen Prozessen und zeichnest dich durch deine Hands-On Mentalität aus
  • Du kannst Herausforderungen klar formulieren und eigenständig pragmatische Lösungen implementieren
  • Du Erfahrung in der Leitung eines Teams
  • Du bringst sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit.
