- Employee relations & employee development: Manage all personnel related actions and processes along the employee lifecycle. Investigate the causes of personnel problems and give guidance to line Management, coordinate actions with P&C functional specialists as required.
- Recruitment: Support the Business in all aspects of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment processes, including conducting interviews and negotiating contracts to attract the best talent for us.
- Compensation & Benefits: Monitor compensation and benefits proposals and ensure internal equity and coherence with global guidelines. Supervise and manage our local payroll provider.
- Change Management & Projects: Participate in development of P&C objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and standard reports for ongoing company requirements. Support the leaders to develop change management initiatives. Collaborate with global P&C work groups in order to develop and improve P&C policies.
- Collaborate with Works Council: Collaborate closely with works councils to address various HR matters and ensure effective communication and cooperation.
- Move into our new office with us: In 2024 you can expect to work on our exciting relocation project. In Q3/2024, we will move together to our newly designed office in Bad Homburg.
