    We are looking for a 2nd Level agent to support our growing team in offering the best support to our customers. You will be responsible for handling complex customer queries via email, making decisions that impact our company reputation, and contributing towards building a strong and efficient team.

    I, ,​ will be your recruiter manager. My priority is to provide you with open and continuous communication so you are aware ​at every moment of the status of your ​application. I will be on your side during the whole process and will try to give you as many insights as possible and be your contact person for any questions or concerns you may have on the road with us :)

    What You'll Bring to the Team

    • 2+ years experience
    • Native German, fluent English
    • A natural need to help customers with empathy
    • Proactive and solutions-oriented with attention to detail
    • The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
