- Führung des Ingenieurteams für die Bereiche Windenergieanlage, Balance of Plant, Planung & Zertifizierung
- Zielsetzung und Überwachung des Erfolgs sowie die Förderung von kontinuierlicher Verbesserung in allen Bereichen
- Management und Steuerung von komplexen und interdisziplinären Projekten innerhalb des Offshore OperationsTeams
- Arbeitssicherheit
- Identifikation und Bearbeitung von HSE Themen aus Design sowie Wartungs- oder Reparaturarbeiten. Insbesondere solche Themen die als Schnittstelle zu anderen Verantwortungsbereichen liegen.
- Gewährleistung der Einhaltung und Optimierung von HSE Standards, von Mitarbeitertrainings und Schaffung einer guten HSE Kultur
- Technisch & Operativ
- Kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsstrategien
- Technischen Optimierung des Assets, Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Retrofits und anderen Lösungen
- Technische Unterstützung des Betriebs bei sämtlichen technischen Störungen und Schäden inklusive der Steuerung der Zusammenarbeit mit dem Global Engineering, dem Major Corrective Teams und weiteren Supportfunktionen.
- Durchführung von Root-Cause Analysen, Entwicklung von Reparaturstrategien sowie die Koordination und Umsetzung der entsprechenden Kampagnen inklusive Einkauf und Vertragsmanagement.
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Offshore Fleet Optimization und Technical Performance Analysis Team zur kontinuierlichen Asset Optimierung
- Budget- & Risikomanagement, Berichtswesen
- Steuerung der Planung und Optimierung der Technischen Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsbudgets, bei gleichzeitiger Analyse von nachhaltigen Kosteneinsparungen
- Führung und Koordination von Gewährleistungsmanagement in enger Abstimmung mit dem Asset Finance Management
- Interne & externe Stakeholder
- Identifikation, Strategieentwicklung und Implementierung von Synergien sowie die Koordination von Wissenstransfer zwischen den Trident Windparks und der weiteren Offshore Flotte zur Stärkung der gemeinsamen Flottenstrategie
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller geltenden Gesetzte, Vorschriften und Regeln sowie Aufrechterhaltung der Betriebsgenehmigung
- Steuerung und Koordination der Kommunikation, Inspektionen und Reporting mit den entsprechenden Behörden sowie Zertifizierungsstellen
- Steuerung einer effektiven Zusammenarbeit innerhalb der weiteren Organisation zur Optimierung von Prozessen und der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette
- Dimensionen/Ziele
- Signifikanter Beitrag zur Erreichung des Cluster-EBITDA von ~400 M€ p.a.
- Sicherstellung der operativen Verfügbarkeit und des sicheren Betriebs der Windturbinen
- Disziplinarische Führung von bis zu 15 Mitarbeitern
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Ingenieurswissenschaften vorzugsweise Maschinenbau oder gleichwertig.
- Überdurchschnittliches Fachwissen im Bereich Windenergie
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Betrieb, Wartung und Instandhaltung von Windparks
- Mindestens 6 Jahre Berufserfahrungen im Bereich Energiewirtschaft, idealerweise im Bereich Offshore Wind
- Fundierte Erfahrungen Im Bereich Vertragsverhandlungen
- Fundierte Erfahrung im Projekt Management
- Fähigkeit ein Team zu leiten und zu führen
- Tiefgehende Marktkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Proaktive und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägtes Bewußtsein für Arbeitssicherheit

Aufgabe der Rolle:
Management und Führung des Asset Integrity Management Teams – Trident Offshore (Amrumbank West, Nordsee Ost & Kaskasi). Gewährleistung der technischen Unterstützung des Betriebsteams, Steuerung der Optimierung von Wartungsstrategien, langfristigen Kampagnenplanung sowie die Ausgestaltung der entsprechenden Vertragslandschaft und die dazugehörige Sicherstellung von Gewährleistungsansprüchen gegenüber Lieferanten in Bezug auf technische Schäden. Außerdem die Koordination der Aufklärung von sämtlichen komplexen ingenieurstechnischen Problemen des Betriebes.
